My wife and I had recently moved back to Newcastle for work. I knew of Tiron as he had previously bought properties for my mum and brother. I had a rough idea of where I wanted to look by after the first conversation with Tiron we were able to add a few extra suburbs into our search I hadn’t thought of. Tiron was great when inspecting houses for us, I went along with Tiron to a number of house inspections. And he would point out important things I had never really thought about before when looking at home. The negotiations for the house we purchased was quite a long process. So it was great having Tiron on our side keeping us calm and chatting to real estate on our behalf. Would 100% recommend Tiron to anyone looking for a home and wanting to feel confident they are getting a good buy.

We have ABSOLUTELY loved working with Tiron Manning. We were newbie investors and had billions of questions and were very risk adverse . Tiron answered every question and went above and beyond to show us around as well to help us feel more comfortable . Engaging Tiron to help us navigate the stress of securing a home, in what was an unfamiliar location, and a challenging market was the best decision we ever made. We had a very specific brief, and were on a strict timeline to find a home, as we had sold to purchase. Tiron secured us a property off market, well below our budget and exactly within the brief. Tiron has outstanding communication; he identified early on that we were the kind of clients that appreciate regular updates, and we were never left wondering. Without Tiron’s expertise, we would have in all likelihood invested in a property that was overpriced, and unsuitable for us.

We cannot recommend Tiron from Newcastle Buyers Agent’s more. Despite a reasonable knowledge of the Newcastle area ourselves, we wouldn’t have had a chance of finding our dream family home without his help. Tiron provided many recommendations and came with us to multiple inspections. His critical appraisal was outstanding, noticing issues we would have overlooked. He listened to our desires and went above and beyond to search for suitable homes. He negotiated with real estate agents, which we were thankful not to have to deal with (on top of busy jobs and a newborn). This saved us time and money. Thanks to his local connections, he found our perfect house off market. We have been living here for nearly a year, and most days will comment on just how lucky we feel to have found this place. Tiron was recommended to us by many locals and I have absolutely no reservations recommending his services to anyone looking to move to the Newy area (with or without existing local knowledge).

His ability to work with a reasonably broad brief and quickly identify, vet and get me first in to view was a huge benefit in a hot market. As first-time property investors, my husband and I set out to search for our property in Newcastle around two years ago while living in Sydney. My husband and I decided it was time to retire and Caves Beach being the area we loved, became our focus. After a little bit of research on our own, we realized we needed help. Tiron came highly recommended and we weren't disappointed. During our first meeting with Tiron he made sure to understand our brief and budget and subsequently kept us from straying from our path. He also saved us a lot of driving from our home on the Central Coast by taking the lead and viewing potential properties, then recommending those worth us seeing. With Tiron's knowledge of the area and the best coffee shops and bakeries, he provided us confidence and kept us on the path to buy what we wanted. Tiron provided a great service from our initial meeting through to handling our negotiations and information about the area.
